Introduction

This blog is meant to give a window into the day-to-day activities of American Shakespeare Center’s Young Company Theatre Camp (YCTC). My name is Darielle Shandler, and I am here to take you through the days of YCTC 2010 Session 2. As an intern for ASC’s Education Department, I have had the singular opportunity to observe all that the summer camp does during those three short weeks. This summer, I have taken up residence at Stuart Hall School, in Staunton VA. This is where the campers gather every summer to share in learning, creating, and living all things Shakespeare.
